Teseda Corporation is based in Portland, Oregon and was founded in 2001 with a vision of leveraging the widespread adoption of Design-For-Test (DFT) techniques to dramatically reduce time to market for companies designing complex, highly integrated SoC devices. By exploiting the full potential of scan-based testing and diagnosis, Teseda's powerful DFT-enabled, cost-effective solutions have dramatically improved our customer's time to market and profitability.
Teseda's award-winning products encompass both innovative hardware and software solutions. Our V520™ and V550™ DFT-enabled engineering test systems are low cost, highly integrated benchtop test systems for debug and failure analysis. Teseda Workbench™(TWB) is the software-based interactive debug environment for them.
Our Diagnostic Manager NetXY™ product enables our customers to quickly map scan failures to physical locations on the die, accelerating root-cause fault diagnosis and minimizing the time FA engineers spend finding the fault location on the die.
Scan Workbench™, our newest product, brings the power of TWB to production test, specifically to the popular Teradyne™ IG-XL™ ATE programming environment. Scan Workbench brings the power of Teseda's DFT-enabled software debug tools to Teradyne's J750™, FLEX™ and UltraFLEX™ platforms.
Teseda's highly integrated, high performance, DFT-aware V520™ and V550™ engineering test stations offer high performance device validation on your desktop. Our patented FPGA-based pin/timing IP provides test solutions for up to 512 I/O pins, 7 device power supplies and up to 100Mhz pattern rates with 100ps timing accuracy all in an air-cooled, portable desktop test solution that weighs less than 20 lbs. Our Teseda Workbench™ and Scan Workbench™ software products fully support the industry-standard IEEE 1450-1999 Standard Test Interface Language (STIL), enabling the users to debug in a fully scan-aware interactive debug environment. Our Diagnostic Manager NetXY™ product offers vendor-agnostic support to combine knowledge of STIL files, EDA diagnosis results, design layout information and tester failures to quickly map logical failures to physical faults.
Teseda's customer base includes most of the leading IDM and Fabless companies in the world —— among them Broadcom, NVidia, Texas Instruments, ST Microelectronics, Toshiba, Maxim, Panasonic, ON Semiconductor, International Rectifier, Boston Scientific, Sony and TSMC to name a few. The world's leading semiconductor companies, creating the most advanced SoC designs, have all seen the benefits of using Teseda's products.
