Teseda Attends ISTFA 2011 in San Jose, California
Teseda is just returning from a very successful show at the International Symposium for Testing and Failure Analysis (ISTFA 2011) in San Jose, California.
This year we announced three exciting new software products - our Broken Scan Chain Analyzer, DC Field Triage Package™ and Diagnostic Manager NetXY™ with Pathfinder™ and cone tracing features. Overall, the response from our customers was very positive and we're very excited to begin shipping each of these new products.
